It’s been just over a month since Hupfer attended the Commercial Kitchen Show in Birmingham and our team is currently preparing for our next industry event - the TUCO Conference.
The TUCO Conference will take place at the University of York between July 29th - 31st and will focus on ‘Driving Commercial Success’. Across the three-day conference, visitors will have the opportunity to meet and network with over 90 exhibitors and can also take part in delegate tours and keynote talks.
For exhibitors, the TUCO Conference is a great way to promote their products and services to the university catering market, whilst also finding out about other new products which are currently on the market.
At the conference, Hupfer will be exhibiting a range of innovative foodservice equipment and solutions that are perfect for universities and further education establishments who are catering for hundreds of students are catered for every day.
One of our most notable products that we will be bringing with us will be the Thermadry, which will be in the form of a model version to showcase to visitors.
The Thermadry is an innovative drop-in unit which easily fits into a foodservice counter where hot food is served. With the ability to hold and maintain food at its optimum temperature, the Thermadry has modern heating technology and uses infrared heating lamps which heat the containers through radiation.
The inner compartment also can maintain a constant temperature using thermostatic controls, meaning the product is ideal for use in university institutions where hot food is regularly served to students quickly and efficiently.
The Thermadry also won a Gold Award at this year’s Commercial Kitchen Show in the Innovation Challenge, where the judges were impressed with its simplicity, effectiveness, and innovation.
