The German brand’s return to Cedabond is part of a renewed focus on the UK market, led by Sales and Marketing Director Marc Sumner, which is already seeing Hupfer strengthen its relationships with dealers.
With new investment behind the Hupfer UK brand, the team is reintroducing its solutions to the UK market, spanning food transport, presentation, regeneration, trolleys, plus racking and shelving. Billed as the efficiency creators, Hupfer’s key innovations include the energy efficient Hot and Cold plate, ThermaDry drop-in units with integrated heat lamps and Easy Rider racking system.
Dealers last saw Hupfer’s name on the Cedabond roster as Trak Hupfer up until June 2022, reflecting the brand’s legacy in the UK market with its sister brand Trak, known for high quality conveyor systems.
Marc Sumner said: “This is a significant decision for us as a brand and it’s an exciting time for Hupfer as we continue our growth in the UK. We recognise the strength of the Cedabond network and we want to be able to give members better access to our products at great prices.
“The Hupfer UK range makes workflow in professional kitchens, giving dealers a complete solution for food storage and logistics from one, trusted supplier. More than that, we deliver excellence in energy efficiency to support their clients’ sustainability strategies, all backed by prestige German build quality.
“We’re keen to meet with Cedabond members, showcase our range and discuss opportunities to work together so they can take advantage of our Cedabond rebate structure.”
