Anthony Pettit – Head of Sales and Business Development
It was 2018 when Anthony Pettit was introduced to Hupfer, his dedication to the brand and willingness to exceed expectations was reason for his prompt promotion, a year after starting, as both Hupfer and Trak’s Head of Sales.
Since the beginning, Anthony made a huge impact on sales and operations within Hupfer and Trak, opening up both companies to wider customers and relationships within the UK foodservice and healthcare markets.
Now, Anthony continues to excel in his role and is a key figure for communication; he also heads up the Business Development team, consisting of Karen Castellain and Luke Sharpe.

Karen Castellain - UK North Business Development Manager
As the Medical Business Development Manager for the north of the UK, Karen Castellain helps generate new revenue for Hupfer, helping the company grow daily. Since 2015, Karen has consistently focussed on growing existing opportunities and developing new leads.
Karen is one of the main faces you will see at exhibitions across the globe, but her day-to-day role consists of developing relationships and attending meetings with clients across the north of the UK.
With a strong sales background, Karen has a consistent history of promoting brands to an impeccable level.

UK South Business Development Manager, Luke Sharpe
One of our newest members of the team, Luke Sharpe acts as the Medical Business Development Manager for the south of the UK. Like Karen, Luke’s role consists of developing our reputation and representation in the south of the UK and across the globe, making Hupfer more visible within the healthcare markets.
The Business Development Manager is experienced at protecting existing business and increasing the depth and breadth of sales for existing accounts. He is also equally as successful at generating new leads.
You will likely see Luke at trade shows, as well as planning and attending exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
