The INTERGASTRA 2018 which starts on 3 February will see Hupfer return to Stuttgart again. The Hupfer sales team will be presenting a range of exciting product innovations for the first time in this form to the expert German public.
Starting the show will be the ISOBOX Mobil Flex, which was already awarded the INTERGASTRA innovation prize in 2014, with the new self-regulating heating panel. This optional equipment means that it is immediately possible to transport meals outside in a temperature-protected manner and to serve the food warm without the need for any additional technology.
The Mobis® Buffetcart Plus is also new. Following a growing trend to meet individual patient wishes with a buffet solution, Hupfer has developed a true multi-talent. Here you will find everything from crockery, food components subject to mandatory cooling and neutral parts to portion packaging and the unique cooling technology of the Mobis® Buffetcart Plus that sets new standards. The patented N’Ice & Easy® cooling of the trolley can cool the food components subject to mandatory cooling with a internal ice store that is charged when connected to the mains and cools during the distribution process without a noisy compressor or rechargeable batteries with short operating cycles.
Finally, Hupfer will be showcasing the new tray transport cart at the INTERGASTRA. This innovation from Hupfer was specially developed for the requirements of prisons. Extremely robust and made out of stainless steel and without removable individual parts to protect it from unauthorised access on the one hand and highly energy-efficient even after being disconnected from the electricity mains on the other. For optimum food serving temperatures during the transport and distribution process.
