Basket dispenser
Our standard basket dispenser is made of high-quality stainless steel and provides the perfect solution for storing 19.7 × 19.7'' (500 × 500 mm) or 20.0 × 20.0'' (508 × 508 mm) baskets with small or difficult-to-stack crockery items. There is a consistent output height thanks to a manually adjustable stainless steel tension spring system.
The closed basket dispenser is simple to use and has a height-adjustable platform; the opening in the base plate makes for easy cleaning of the stacking compartment.
The basket dispenser has four polymer corner bumpers, of which two are at the base of the unit and two at the upper corners of the structure. They serve as bumpers that protect the equipment on all sides as well as building-side walls from being damaged, with integrated, ergonomically-shaped push bars. These push handles also guarantee effective protection against injuries to the hands.
Basket dispenser with fan-assisted cooling
The Hupfer basket dispenser with fan-assisted cooling is manufactured with a convection cooling system that circulates the air through the appliance.
The platform is ideal for storing and cooling 19.7 × 19.7'' (500 × 500 mm) or 20.0 × 20.0'' (508 × 508 mm) baskets with portioned cold meals or crockery items for cold meals.
The double-wall and insulated stainless steel cover with silicone seal and clamp mean that energy loss is reduced significantly. The convection cooling with CFC-free refrigerant and all-round tubing ensures an even distribution of temperature, which is operated using an On/Off switch with integrated indicator light.
Basket dispenser with cooling slots
The Hupfer basket dispenser with cooling slots is a closed basket dispenser with a height-adjustable platform for preparing cold dishes and for storing 19.7 × 19.7'' (500 × 500 mm) or 20.0 × 20.0'' (508 × 508 mm) baskets with small or difficult-to-stack crockery items.
A body with all-round cooling slots ensures a rapid exchange of air for the tableware that needs cooling. There are cooling slots on all four sides, with an open stacking compartment.
Fan-heated basket dispenser
Our fan-heated basket dispenser, which is self-supporting and hygienic in design, is made of high-quality stainless steel and supports inner panelling on all sides, with high-quality mirror sheets for optimised energy usage.
The closed, smooth exterior is made with thermal insulation. Internally, there is an open stacking compartment with a removable basket that can be included in the stacking capacity, made of plastic-coated stainless steel with a ball bearing platform guide.
The cover hood, made of grey polypropylene, aids the reduction of temperature losses and heating time. The dispenser is heated by a power module with integrated motor, fan impeller and stainless steel tubular heating element for automatic convection air operation. The appliance is operated using an On/Off switch with an integrated indicator light, thermostat-controlled using a continuously variable, ergonomically-shaped thermostat that is easy to read even from a distance, with temperature limiter as per VDE.
Open-sided basket dispenser
Unlike the previous basket dispensers, the open-sided basket dispenser is uncovered. The dispenser comes with a closed spring case with a height-adjustable closed platform with a continuous upstand and ball bearing platform guide. The platform stores 19.7 × 19.7'' (500 × 500 mm) or 20.0 × 20.0'' (508 × 508 mm) baskets with small or difficult-to-stack crockery items.
There is a consistent output height thanks to the manually adjustable stainless steel tension spring system.
Similarly to the previous dispensers, this has two push handles installed on the corners of the unit to ensure optimal handling properties.
Incounter basket dispenser (with heated option)
The Hupfer incounter basket dispenser is used for stocking and handing of tableware that cannot be stacked in baskets, or only to a limited extent.
The guide basket, which comes as series standard, is the same as the non-rusting, stainless steel crockery baskets available as an optional accessory, and increases the stacking capacity by approx. 20%. The removable basket guarantees easy access to the interior in order to adjust the spring and for cleaning.
The dispenser is self-supporting with a hygienic design, made of high-quality stainless steel. It has an open design, for installation from below, has height-adjustable screw feet and open stacking compartment.
