Taking this specialist knowledge, our expert design and manufacture engineers, backed by the leading product development team from our parent company Hupfer, have recently created two new fantastic products.
Both the Hot and Cold Display Unit and the IsoBox Mobil Flex have been designed and manufactured perfectly, taking into account the smallest details to ensure this equipment enhances the productivity and efficiency of the user.
Hot and Cold Display Unit
The patented Hot and Cold Display Unit from Trak has been developed with superior technology in mind, in order to deliver an energy efficient display that optimises heat and attractively displays food.
Utilising quality, German manufacturing, the display is built with an optimised reflector and lamp which results in an energy reduction of up to 50%, thanks to a better reflection of energy which focuses all of the heat onto the gastronorm containers in use.
Two different lights, one for hot food and another for cold, are also fitted into the unit and have been designed with specialist light engineers to improve the display of food.
IsoBox Mobil Flex
The IsoBox Mobil Flex is latest model to be designed by Trak and has been created to give a new meaning of freedom to food logistics.
The ideal solution for keeping food warm, cold or at an ambient temperature whilst in the kitchen or transporting meals, the IsoBox Mobil Flex boasts outstanding insulation, keeping food hot for two hours and cold for up to three hours.
Its temperature can be easily and accurately regulated with a built-in digital temperature controller, ranging between 20 and 100°C, making it ideal for bridging long periods of transportation between central kitchens and separate serving points.
